Covergirl's Colorlicious Lip Glosses are nice, but the formula isn't exactly innovative or anything I haven't tried before. This gloss is thin, slick, and smooth; it feels very comfortable on the lips. Covergirl says this lip gloss formula isn't sticky in the slightest and it's true - this gloss doesn't have a hint of tackiness to it! That lack of sticky viscosity may feel pleasant, but it lends it's self to a disappointingly short wear time - I struggle to get Candylicious to last even an hour. Needless to say, reapplication is frequent. This gloss is surprisingly moisturizing, it's almost a liquid lip balm. If you have dry or flaky lips, I can't recommend the Colorlicious glosses enough; they'll hydrate your needly lips without clinging to dry patches. Covergirl's Colorlicious glosses have a vanilla cake scent and flavor.
Candylicious is a neutral light pink with fine gold shimmer and a shiny but slightly milky finish. Color payoff is light to medium - Candylicious is slightly influenced by the wearer's natural lip color, so it'll look a little different on everyone. I really like Candylicious, its an easy shade that goes with most everything.
Covergirl's Colorlicious Lip Glosses are nice, but nothing special. This gloss is comfortable and hydrating, but it really lacks in the longevity department. Candylicious is a pretty, easy to wear pink - a great everyday shade. If you see a good Covergirl sale or have a couple on hand, try one of the Colorlicious glosses, but I don't think they're worth paying full price for.
