Sugarpill Dollipop Eyeshadow Review+Swatches

Sugarpill says their Pressed Eyeshadows are "richly pigmented, velvety smooth, luxury pressed eyeshadows for all night party wear." Sugarpill currently offers 21 shades, today I'm reviewing Dollipop; which is available individually (3.5 grams/$12), or as part of the Sweetheart Quad ($34). Sugarpill is a cruelty free company, and most of their products are vegan, but unfortunately, Dollipop is not. This eyeshadow was made in the USA.

Sugarpill's single shadows come in round, black compacts with a clear flip top that bears the brand logo. I apologise for the lack of packaging photo, but my pan of Dollipop is in the Sugarpill Pro Palette.
When I reviewed Sugarpill's Velocity Eyeshadow, I was really disappointed, and worried about how I'd like the rest of their shadows. Turns out, Dollipop is way better! This eyeshadow is smooth and absolutely loaded with pigment. Dollipop kicks up very little excess powder, and causes no fallout, it just packs onto the lid with full on color. Just because its so intense, doesn't mean its hard to blend though; a fluffy brush and a little elbow grease will yield a perfectly blended result. Dollipop wears pretty well on me, lasting about seven hours before mild creasing sets in. This bold pink doesn't fade, in fact its very hard to remove, and leaves behind a potent stain. I should also mention that Dollipop makes an excellent blush! Applied with a light hand, this hot pink shade creates a rosy flush that lasts all day. On the cheeks or eyes, Sugarpill's Dollipop Eyeshadow is great!

Dollipop is described as a "vibrant matte hot pink", which pretty much sums it up.
Sugarpill's Dollipop Eyeshadow is flawless - pigmented, long lasting, multifunctional, and it has a great texture! What's not to love? If you want a fairly priced matte hot pink eyeshadow or blush, do yourself a favor and pick up Dollipop!
