Lancome Peche Savvy Blush Subtil Palette Review+Swatches

Lancome's Blush Subtil Palettes are "Sensationally smooth, all in one blush palettes to sculpt and enhance your best features. Artistry is made easy with three simple steps to contour, blush, and highlight your complexion. For any skin tone, any face shape - your complexion, naturally enhanced. Define your face, enhance or diminish any features for a complexion that is illuminated and brightened." These trios are available in five coordinated color schemes - my review features Peche Savvy. This face palette has a combined weight of 4.5 grams (.158oz) and retails for $43. Lancome is not cruelty free. This product was made in Canada.

Lancome's Blush Subtil Palettes have simple, black, rectangular, plastic palettes. A small gold rose adorns the front of the compact. A label affixed to the back of the compact offers the shade name and number, as well as a numbered chart showing the order in which the products should be applied. Opening the palette reveals the products, separated into three pans, and a full sized, good quality mirror. The exterior packaging picks up finger prints like nobody's business. I'm unsure if packaging is recyclable.
The Peche Savvy Bronzer has a beautifully smooth, soft texture - it feels so luxurious. This bronzer kicks up a small amount of extra powder. Lancome's bronzer swatched poorly, but it performs very well on the face. This bronzing powder blends seamlessly on the skin, creating a very believable contour. Color payoff is light but can be built up. The bronzer included in the Peche Savvy palette is a light, neutral tan with a satin finish. The shade is similar to, but less pigmented than Benefit's Hoola. I get great wear from Lancome's bronzer, its lasted as long as ten hours on me.
The Peche Savvy Blush is so gorgeous. This bright, coral blush has just a touch of fine golden shimmer. This blusher is very pigmented. The texture is velvety and finely milled, easily picked up with a brush. Peche Savvy blends beautifully. Despite being loaded with pigment, color payoff can be sheered out or built up. This blush wears exceptionally well on me, lasting eight or nine hours before it fades away. This dense powder blush kicks up absolutely no excess powder.
The highlighter included in Lancome's Peche Savvy Blush Subtil Palette is just as a soft and smooth as the bronzer and blusher. This powder highlighter is a soft, warm gold with small flecks of gold shimmer. Color payoff is sheer. This illuminator blends nicely and provides a very subtle effect. Lancome's highlighting powder lasts about seven hours.
Lancome's Peche Savvy Blush Subtil Palette is excellent. All three powders have lovely, finely milled, smooth textures. The neutral toned bronzer is a great contouring shade. The blush is a gorgeous bright coral that blends down to a healthy flush. The sheer, gold toned highlighter gives cheekbones a subtle glisten. All three products are easy to work with and wear well. Packaging is elegant and sturdy. The $40+ price tag is expensive, but worth it, considering you get three excellent quality products. The Blush Subtil Palette in Peche Savvy was such a great introduction to Lancome, I'd love to try more from the brand. I certainly recommend this beautiful cheek palette.
