Mario Badescu Collagen Moisturizer Review

Mario Badescu's Collagen Moisturizer provides "ultra lightweight daily moisture and moderate sun protection, all in one. Collagen rich formula protects skin from moisture loss and keeps skin smooth, plump, and healthy without the use of heavy oils." This facial moisturizer contains 60ml (2 fl oz) and sells for $22. Mario Badescu does not test on animals. Mario Badescu products can be bought at Ulta, and select salons and spas, and ordered on the brand's website.

I received just a little sample jar of this collagen enriched moisturizer. The full size of this facial lotion comes in a clear squeeze bottle with a white flip top cap. A label wraps around the bottle, featuring the product name on the front, and a product description and ingredient list on the back.
Mario Badescu's Collagen Moisturizer is a thin, white lotion. A small amount of this moisturizer goes a long way, it spreads nicely over the skin and sinks in very quickly. My skin seems to really enjoy the Mario Badescu Collagen Moisturizer. It delivers an awesome surge of moisture without feeling heavy or greasy. This collagen infused moisturizer seems to temporarily plump up the skin, giving it that slightly firmer, bouncy feel - an effect that lasts sixteen(ish) hours. This midrange moisturizer also seems to be kinda soothing, I've noticed reduced redness while I've been using the Collagen Moisturizer. This ingredient list is decent - fragrance free, with only one alcohol (cetyl alcohol, a fatty alcohol which is less irritating that most), plus it contains SPF 15.
I really enjoy Mario Badescu's Collagen Moisturizer. The consistency is thin, easy to apply, and quick to absorb fully. This moisturizer seems beneficial to my skin; long term uses seems like it could garner some positive changes in my skin. I've enjoyed using my sample of this moisturizer, I'd like to pick up the full size eventually.
