Julep's Blank Canvas Eye Primer is only ok. This primer really increases the color payoff for just about any eyeshadow. This product is practically a concealer - it has a surprising amount of coverage. If you're looking for a product to mask eyelid discoloration you may love Blank Canvas, but for those of us looking to prevent creasing, it isn't much use. My biggest complaint about this product is the horrible value. Twenty two bucks for just 4ml. Excuse me but what? Most high end eye primers contain two to three times the amount of product for less than the cost of this one. Julep really needs to stop charging such high prices for sample sized products. Their eyeshadow palette and lipstick set are guilty of the same price gouging. I do not recommend Julep's Blank Canvas Mattifying Eye Primer. Invest in any other eye primer, it isn't hard to find a better deal for a superior product.
