I have mixed feelings about Maybelline's BB Cream. The texture is really nice, it applies super easy, the color seems to adjust, and it feels weightless on…but the coverage is minimal at best. I have redness on my cheeks and nose, slight under eye darkness, and my chin has it's fair share of little bumps and I feel like all these little problems are barely minimized. It looks like I haven't applied anything. That may be favorable to some, if they have flawless skin, but I have a couple things I'd like to cover and this BB Cream isn't doing the trick. I wear the shade "Light" by the way, which seems a little dark for me at first, but it adjusts to my skin as I blend.
How do you feel about Maybelline's Dream Fresh BB Cream 8-in-1 Skin Perfecter? Please include what shade you have/want.

It's a BB cream, so I've used it expecting very minimal coverage. I can't really say whether or not it's a BB cream since I haven't used a real BB cream.
ReplyDeleteIt's more closer to a tinted moisturizer and it's probably the best of the bunch from the western "BB" creams so far that's in the drugstore.
My skin is FAR from flawless but I love this. I hardly ever go out with a full face of makeup, but I do slap this on before going out on errands because it evens me out a little bit and looks totally effortless. I pair this with some mascara and a tinted lip balm and it just polishes me up a bit.
ReplyDeleteFrom what I can tell, I think this is more of a tinted moisturizer than anything! I still haven't tried it out myself, but will let you know my thoughts on it once I break into it :)
ReplyDeleteI actually have acne on my forehead, nose and cheeks. I keep getting new pimples as I skip cleanings some mornings and nights but I absolutely love the BB Cream as it is a tinted moisturizer. I follow my daily regime of cleansing, toneing and moisturizing then I apply my facial primer and it goes on flawless. I was surprised that it didnt show my scars and bumps but the trick might be in the primer
