Bright Almost Matte Eye - Tutorial

Step 1: Prime your eyelids.

Step 2: Apply a layer of white eyeshadow base.

Step 3: Pat a matte, bright yellow shadow all over the lid.

Step 4: Blend a matte, bright blue shade into the crease.

Step 5: Define the crease and outer V with a teal shadow. Blend well to create a gradient.

Step 6: Blend a shimmery champagne shadow under the brow.

Step 7: Line the upper lash line with a black eyeshadow.

Step 8: Line the lower lash line with a bright blue pencil.

Step 9: Smudge a bit of a pearly white pencil or shadow on the inner corner.

Step 10: Tightline and line the waterline with a black eyeliner pencil.

Step 11: Apply black mascara to top and bottom lashes.

Finish the look with a pink blush, highlighted cheek bones, coral lips and a sheer golden gloss.
